Canadian Management Centre has released a podcast addressing the changing face of the Canadian workforce. With concerns brewing over the aging Canadian workforce, and the lack of suitably trained younger employees John Eckmire and Bill Johnston sit down to discuss both the implications and possible strategies for coping with this change.
