		<description>I know what you mean about touchy- feely. The way that I often feel about these things from a learning perspective is it comes across as very &#039;happy clappy&#039;.  I advocate demonstrating the actions without the need to tell everyonne what you are doing.</description>

		<description>This reminds me of some things I learnt in a counselling course I went on a few years ago. One of the first things we had to learn was how to be honest with ourselves and how we really felt about things as this enables you to encourage others to be honest about their own feelings. All very touchy-feely but not an easy thing to do. I&#039;d not really thought about how this would apply in a business setting but it makes sense.</description>
