To help experienced managers re-examine their current management techniques. They will be encouraged to evaluate their own strengths and weaknesses and the effect that these have on their team. Key areas such as motivation and communication will also be re-assessed, whilst a strong emphasis will be placed on the need to develop long-term strategies for successful team development.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
