Course Objective

To give participants all the necessary skills for successful appointment making. This course not only helps to build confidence and motivation, but also addresses practical objections that can arise. Theory is backed up by role-play exercises at every opportunity.

 By the end of the course, participants will be able to:

  • Effectively organise and manage a client base
  • Understand the importance of selling the appointment not the product
  • Demonstrate a more pro-active approach to appointment making
  • Deal with objections
  • Apply techniques for closing when making an appointment
