To address the need for teams to collaborate closely and creatively in a competitive market. Using techniques from the theatre, the delegates will learn how to develop a multiplicity of ideas to shape an imaginative project. The Creative Teamwork course also aims to explore trust, collective decision-making, commitment and communication in successful teamwork.
By the end of the course, participants will have:
