To develop a successful team by creating a fresh and 'progressive' mentality. This Team Development with Prism course is designed to be run over one day following pre-course completion of a PRISM® inventory. The inventory will provide accurate profiles of the team and the individuals within it.
The four key areas that we will concentrate on are communication, motivation, focus and responsibility. By concentrating on these areas we ensure that the team is aware of its own strengths and weaknesses and knows how to work together with a common goal in mind.
By the end of the course, participants will have:
- Gained an insight into their unique PRISM® profile
- Understood how the most effective teams work
- Been made aware of how individuals within a team can interact more effectively
- Recognised the differences between working as a team compared to as an individual
- Gained access to a creative thought process that promotes original solutions
