To exploit the skills of each individual, ensure effective communication between all team members and build recognition of the responsibilities of the individual to the group.
By the end of the course, participants will have:
- Developed an understanding of personality differences via the use of a "Self Awareness" type instrument
- Gained an appreciation of the strengths they can bring to a team
- Created meaningful links between the event content/activities and real work situations or issues
- Experienced the necessity to provide support and to develop trust with colleagues
- Been provided with opportunities to "experiment" with their behaviour in a supportive learning environment
- Been provided with the opportunity to challenge any "blockages" that limit their performance both as individuals and within the team
- Benefited from the feedback of their colleagues/facilitators
