Tailored courses
Our fully inclusive daily rate for up to eight participants is £1950:
+ vat where applicableAll costs are inclusive of:
- Pre-course consultancy
- Course notes, containing reminders of all the key learning
- Facilitated action planning for participants at the end of any course, to assist them in transferring learning back to work
- Development-focused feedback to managers and other stakeholders after the training, highlighting what was covered, and giving recommendations for supporting and building upon the learning internally
- Full ongoing support. We encourage participants to remain in touch by phone or email post-learning, and to use their trainer as an informal coach or mentor when needed
Trainers' expenses will be billed to the client for courses away from our facilities.
Bespoke course development, and consultancy days beyond the initial scoping will be charged at £1,950 + vat per day.
Phoenix's training facilities are available at a preferential rate of £180 + vat per day to our clients. This includes lunch & refreshments throughout the day for participants.
Our maximum standard group size is 8 participants. Our consultants are sometimes able to train larger groups in certain disciplines, but please check this with your account manager.
Standard terms require payment 14 days before the course.
