- Support notes, containing reminders of all the key learning points
- A full written report to participants and managers after the course
- All ongoing support. We encourage participants to remain in touch by phone or email after the training, and use their trainer as an informal coach / mentor when needed
Trainers' expenses will be billed to the client for
courses away from our offices.
Bespoke course development work will be charged at
£1,150 per day.
Our consultants are sometimes able to train larger
groups in certain disciplines but please check this with
your account manager.
Standard terms require payment 14 days before the
course.
