All costs are inclusive of:
- any necessary pre-course consultancy,
- support notes for delegates
- full written reports to managers after the course
However, trainers’ expenses will be billed to
the client.
Our consultants are sometimes able to train larger groups
in certain disciplines but please check this with your
account manager.
New clients are required to pay in advance. Standard
payment terms are 14 days from date of invoice.
Value Added Tax will be added where applicable.
Payment can be accepted in either GBP or Euros.
Course development work will be charged at £950
per day.
