Trainer

Phoenix are now recruiting for a permanent trainer to join their growing delivery team. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate their ability to deliver a wide range of training events to a variety of experience levels.

You will need to be comfortable operating in a fast paced, fluid and flexible environment and must also have some people management experience.

In addition to the delivery of training, you will be responsible for diagnosing training and development needs, consulting with both new and existing clients, creating persuasive sales proposals and designing and updating course materials.

Though based in London Bridge, you will be required to travel both nationally and internationally.

In return, we will offer a salary of between £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience and 25 days holiday.
