Phoenix Training & Development are now looking to recruit an outstanding individual to join their training team.

The successful candidate must have a proven track record in sales and management, as well as demonstrable experience of delivering training to either internal or external clients.

Over and above having delivered courses, you will need to display a real enthusiasm and commitment for a career in learning and development.

The role will also include the design of new course material, as well as the development of both new and existing clients through meetings & presentations.

It is a perfect opportunity for someone looking to develop their existing training skills in a supportive yet challenging environment.

Salary: c£30,000.
