Terms of business

These terms of business apply to all Phoenix engagements, be they workshops, courses, coaching appointments, or paid consultancy dates, unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

Payment

The course fees must be paid, in full, at least 14 days before the start of the course.

Transferring courses

We are happy to transfer course bookings but ask that you give us as much notice as possible. If however, a client wishes to transfer a booking to a later date, between 30 and 21 days before the original course date, there will be an administrative charge of 25% of the course fee.  If this transfer takes place between 20 and 7 days before the original course date there will be an administrative charge of 50% of the course fee and if the transfer takes place less than 7 days before the original course date there will be an administrative charge of 75% of the original course fee.

Cancelling courses

All cancellations to bookings must be made at least 30 days prior to the start of a course. If a booking is cancelled between 30 - 14 days before the course start date, 50% of the course fee must be paid immediately.  If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before the course start date, or if the participant(s) fail(s) to attend the course, the full course fee must be paid immediately.

Changing participant details

There will be no charge if a substitute person wishes to replace an original participant. Please inform our office of any change to the original booking.

Cancellation of courses by Phoenix Training and changes to course content

Phoenix Training regularly update and improve their courses and they reserve the right to alter any of the course content without prior notice. Phoenix Training also reserve the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, participants will be offered an alternative date, a credit note or a full refund.
